Affected persons
The data subjects in this case are natural persons who have sent their personal data to the Company in order to apply for employment with the Company, or for work under an agreement or a similar relationship with the Company.
What data do we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis and for how long:
Data categories
Identification and contact data (in particular title, first name, last name, date of birth, residential address, email address and telephone number, or other contact details), professional data (in particular data on education, previous jobs) and other data provided by applicants.
Purpose of processing
We will use this personal data for the following purposes:

Selection procedure for a job position;

Preparation of an employment or similar contract with the successful applicant, preparation of other documents related to an employment or similar legal relationship.
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, i.e. the fact that processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Processing time
We keep applicant data and selection process data for a maximum of one year from the end of the selection process. Upon acceptance into the job position, the successful applicant will receive employee information containing details regarding the processing of employee personal data.
Transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the territory of the European Union member states or to an international organization.
