Persons who have exercised their rights under the Regulation
Affected persons
Data subjects are natural persons who have exercised some of their rights under the Regulation and have contacted the Company for that purpose, or persons who have provided the Company with consent to process personal data for any of the above-mentioned purposes and later revoked their consent.
What data do we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis and for how long:
Data categories
Data provided in the data subject's request, data provided in the consent and its revocation, as a rule, the applicant's contact details
Purpose
We process personal data for the following purposes:

For the purpose of fulfilling the controller's obligations under the Regulation (processing requests from data subjects)

For the purposes of fulfilling the obligations under the Regulation regarding proving the existence of consent for a certain period even in the case of withdrawn consent

To exercise, establish or defend the Company's legal claims
The legal basis is for the purpose

Art. 6 para. 1 letter c) of the Regulation legal obligation of the controller to handle requests from data subjects pursuant to Art. 12 et seq. of the Regulation

Art. 6(1)(c) of the Regulation legal obligation to demonstrate the existence of consents and to fulfil other obligations under Art. 24 of the Regulation

Art. 6 (1) (f) of the Regulation legitimate interest of the Company – exercise, establishment and defense of legal claims in the event that the data is necessary for the purpose of exercising, defending and proving legal claims.
Processing time
For the purposes of points 1 and 2, for at least 4 years from the date of processing the application or withdrawal of consent. In the case of point 3, for the duration of the existence of these claims (usually 4 years) until their full settlement.
Objection
Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for the purpose set out in point 3.
Transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the territory of the European Union member states or to an international organization.
