Participants in educational courses, other events or those interested in training
Affected persons
The data subjects in this case are natural persons who have registered for educational courses, training, lessons or other events organized by the Company or who have contacted the Company for this purpose and/or have expressed interest in information about its activities or operations.
What data do we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis and for how long:
Data categories
Title, first name, last name, address or date of birth, email address and telephone number, or other contact details and professional personal data. With the consent of the participants, photographs and audiovisual recordings from the events.
Purpose of processing
We will use this personal data for the following purposes:

Event organization: for the purpose of enabling personal or electronic access to an event organized by the Company and for the Company to check and record attendance, as well as to conduct the event itself. If a certificate or confirmation is issued for the event, personal data may be used to issue or send it;

Demonstrating compliance with the conditions of grants, loans, subsidies, etc.: If the Company organizes an event using a public or private program that provides support or subsidies for this event, it may process the personal data of participants for the purpose of fulfilling obligations towards the organization that provides support/financing for the event;

Informing about the Company's activity/marketing of the Company's activities: At some events, photographs or audiovisual recordings are taken with the consent of the participants and used on the Company's website, on social networks or in publications to inform about the event or to market or promote the event or the Company;

Direct marketing/information about similar events: We also provide event participants with information about other Company activities that may be of interest to them, unless they have refused or objected to such information;

Enforcement, defense and proof of the Company's legal claims

The purpose of archiving, scientific research or statistical purposes.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing of personal data of event participants or interested parties , for the purposes of points 1 and 2 above, is Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, i.e. the fact that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data under point 3 (photographs and videos) is the consent of the data subject, which is given voluntarily and can be revoked.
For the purpose under point 4 or 5, the legal basis is the legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, i.e. for point 4, the legitimate interest of the Company in direct marketing to persons who have previously used the Company's services/events and point 5, the legitimate interest of the Company in exercising, defending and proving legal claims.
For purpose 6, the legal basis, in accordance with Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation, is the fulfillment of the controller's legal obligation, arising in particular from Act 395/2002 Coll . on archives and registries and on amendments to certain acts.
Processing time
For purposes 1, 2, 4 and 5, personal data are processed for a maximum period of 4 years from the termination of the legal relationship between the data subject and the Company. For the purpose under point 4, the processing period is specified in the consent of the data subject. For the purposes under point 6, the processing period is determined by the storage period of the record, as determined by law or registry rules.
Withdrawal of consent
If we process your data based on consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data before its withdrawal.
Objection
Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for the purposes set out in points 4 and 5.
Transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the territory of the European Union member states or to an international organization.
