Affected persons
The affected persons in this case are natural persons who visit the premises of the Company Building monitored by cameras, i.e. the operation at Na Zigmund šachtu 1655/23 in Banská Štiavnica.
What data do we process, for what purposes, on what legal basis and for how long:
Data categories
There are 7 cameras located in the Company's premises, at the entrance there is a warning and brief information about the processing of personal data. We keep records from the cameras, which allow us to determine the image of the person who moved in the monitored area and the time of movement.
Purpose of processing
We make records to protect the safety, health and property of the operator and persons present on the Company's premises, in particular to prevent events that may constitute criminal acts or offences, or may cause damage to us or another person ("incidents") and to enable the Company to deal with such incidents in subsequent proceedings and/or to assert, prove and defend its legal claims and the legal claims of another person against infringers.
Legal basis
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, i.e. the legitimate interest of (i) the Company in ensuring the protection of the safety, health and property of the operator and visitors to the operator's premises and (ii) the legitimate interest of exercising, establishing and defending legal claims of the Company and third parties.
Processing time
We retain the records for 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). If the record contains any of the above-mentioned facts (incidents), we will continue to process the record for the purposes mentioned above, in particular for the purpose of proving, defending and exercising legal claims and/or proceedings concerning criminal offences and misdemeanours, until the proceedings are concluded.
Objection
Data subjects have the right to object to the processing of their personal data for the above purposes.
Transfers
We do not transfer personal data outside the territory of the European Union member states or to an international organization.
