An employer who does not employ the specified mandatory proportion of citizens with disabilities in the total number of its employees pursuant to Section 63, Paragraph 1, Letter d) shall be obliged to pay to the account of the Office for each citizen who is short of the mandatory proportion of citizens with disabilities, a contribution in the amount of 0.9 times the total price of labour pursuant to Section 49, Paragraph 4, calculated from the average wage of an employee in the economy of the Slovak Republic for the first to third quarter of the calendar year preceding the calendar year for which the employer pays this contribution, no later than 31 March of the following calendar year. The resulting amount calculated pursuant to the previous sentence shall be rounded down to the nearest euro.
